What Red Idea did: we developed a comprehensive marketing strategy to quickly increase the online profile of Ian’s business, Bourbon Hanby. We set up social media profiles including a Facebook fan page with bespoke features.
We maximised online networks and press releases to boost the company’s presence online. We helped develop the website to improve customer engagement. We put in place monitoring and evaluation tools to focus future marketing strategy and get the most return on investment.
We also developed a series of Facebook and Twitter backgrounds and images inspired by their own products and jewellery with the aim of attrating different clientèle to the Bourbon Hanby online shop.
The plan was to find out what people like and are drawn to in order to create a competition in conjunction with the new Bourbon Hanby website which will be live soon.
What we achieved: Bourbon Hanby saw their unique visitors page views increase massively over just three months. Ian Towning’s Facebook page continues to be a key business tool to engage with potential clients.
